Terms of use

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Konstantinos Yiannatsos (Cyprus), who runs Uniqal ("we", "us"). By creating a Uniqal account or using the apps, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Uniqal.

The service

Uniqal shows calendars from accounts you link (such as Google and Microsoft) together, and lets you create, change and delete events in them. It doesn't copy events between your calendars. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 and give a real email address you control.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Only link calendar accounts you're allowed to use, and follow your organisation's rules for work accounts.

Changes Uniqal makes to your calendars

When you create, change or delete an event in Uniqal, we make that change in the linked calendar on your behalf, and it's visible in that provider's own apps and to anyone the calendar is shared with. Uniqal only makes changes you ask for. If an event was changed elsewhere in the meantime, Uniqal won't overwrite it and will ask you to try again.

Plans

The free plan lets you link up to 3 calendar accounts. We may offer a paid plan with more later; its price and terms will be shown before you buy, and payments in the apps are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

Fair use

Don't misuse Uniqal: no attempts to access other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its limits, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Uniqal running and your calendars up to date, but it depends on Google, Microsoft and our hosting providers, and can be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever shut Uniqal down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Ending your use

You can stop using Uniqal and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

Uniqal is provided "as is". We're not responsible for missed appointments or for losses caused by outages at Google, Microsoft or other providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer laws and can bring claims in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
