Delete your Uniqal account and all its data

Email hello@uniqalapp.com from the email address you use for Uniqal, with the subject "Delete my Uniqal account". To protect your account, we only act on requests sent from that address. We'll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

Deleting your account removes:

  • your Uniqal account, email address and sign-in details;
  • every linked calendar account, with its access tokens (we also revoke our access at Google);
  • all calendar and event data we stored, and any change-notification subscriptions.

Nothing is deleted from your Google or Outlook calendars themselves. Events stay in those calendars, exactly as they are. Database backups kept by our providers are overwritten within 30 days.

Just disconnect one calendar account

In Uniqal, open Accounts and choose Remove next to the account. Its calendars and events are deleted from Uniqal straight away; your Uniqal account stays.
